IS THIS ABOUT “ME” OR ABOUT “YOU”?
This section was originally titled “ABOUT ME” where I give you a biography of my real estate years (30+), tell you what all those letters after my name mean (earned designations) and why you should work with me (I will). Fortunately, what all of these years of real estate experience and education have taught me is that it’s not about ME. It’s about YOU! It’s about what YOU want from this experience, YOUR needs, YOUR desires, YOUR dreams and how by working together, YOU will achieve them.
I know that I have the experience, tools, and education to do the job but all that should really matter is how does that benefit YOU. Being a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) gave me a solid foundation upon which to build the following specialized skills for YOUR benefit.
Are YOU buying a house? Be it YOUR first home, second, vacation or investment property, the ABR designation (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) has given me the education to represent YOU and YOUR best interests when purchasing real estate.
Are YOU selling a house? As an ASR (Accredited Seller’s Representative), I have the skills to professionally present YOUR property to buyers and the real estate community through my proven marketing plan while representing YOU and YOUR best interests until YOUR house is sold.
Are YOU a senior citizen? Whether buying or selling, as an SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), I have the unique educational skills to properly serve the special needs of YOU, the mature consumer.
